2. Opposing Arch
3. Bite Scan
ONLY FOR IMPLANT CASES
4. Gingival Scan without scan body or healing cap in place
5. Identify which SCAN BODY was used
6. Provide final restoration information aka. Rx. Form
NOTE: Please make sure when doing an IOS Implant Scan that you use Clinical Scan body and NOT a lab scan body.
